Margherita Pizza, Eataly, Century City, Los Angeles [Food]

We were at the Century City Mall to visit the Lego store and took some time out to enjoy Eataly and enjoy a meal. My first meal at any traditional Italian restaurant will be either Pizza Margherita or some basic pasta dish. I feel that if they can do that right, then they will probably do other, more complicated dishes correctly. This was a very good, very traditional Neapolitan pizza, and passed my test with flying (tri)colors. i.e. the red, green, and white of the Italian flag.
