Today, as I finish up my cookie baking for the season, I put together this cookbook, “I’m Making Cookies!” including all the most important cookies I make every year for my Annual Cookie Party. These are the recipes that my friends and family request — no, strike that — demand. There have been times I have suggested dropping this cookie or that from the rotation, only to be read the riot act quite soon afterward. (LAUGH) That said, most of these are my favorite cookies, too, which only makes sense. We tend to gravitate to our own favorites, even when cooking for others.
You can access the cookbook via the Bakespace web site, but it looks much better if you have an iPad and download the free app, Cookbook Cafe. The app presents it in a nice layout and makes it very easy to browse through and read the recipes.
I hope you’ll check out the cookbook and also join us for this week’s #KitchenParty, which will be all about cookies! KitchenParty records live every Thursday night at 8pm EST/5pm PST. You can also watch the recorded version of this show — or any past show — on the Bakespace site — whenever you wish. I also podcast them as part of this blog, My Word, so you can subscribe in iTunes and receive each new episode automatically.
