In the most recent Killer Innovations podcast, host Phil McKinney points out 3 questions that can help you to see if you job is ripe for offshoring, or as he calls it "rightshoring".

I highly recommend listening to the entire podcast for some great eye-opening (or should that be "ear-opening") ideas.

Is your job at risk?  If you answer YES to any of the following questions, you are at risk

• Is your job repeatable? (do the same thing such as close the financial books at the end of the quarter)
  
• Can a computer do your job? (tax, medical diagnosis, etc.) 
• Can someone else do it cheaper? (be honest!!)

If you're at risk, then you need to take the iniaitive and position yourself for the coming change.
