Mike Rohde has soem great things to say about "the leader within" on his blog today. I totally agree that we are all leaders on one way or another, but that most of us ignore that leadership role.

Thanks for the mention Doug! I was hoping it might inspire some people who don't consider themselves leaders to rethink that idea.
