Transcript:
Don’t be the creator of your own career traps. Don’t, NOT, make those decisions that have to be made. Oftentimes I talk to people who say, “I’m trapped. I’m trapped.” And the first thing I ask them is “Well, what have you decided?” “I decided I’m trapped.” No. :et’s talk about this further. That is not the decision you need to make here. You are trapped. Fine. You believe you’re trapped, so you are trapped, now what are you going to do to not be trapped? And that’s the conversation you have to have with yourself and your friends and your family and others and take their advice and see where they might suggest you go. It doesn’t mean you’re going to take their advice, but it does mean that you are going to consider their advice and listen to their opinions.
