Another stricture we put on ourselves is that we will often say, “Well, I won’t take that job. That job doesn’t pay enough. I want the job that pays half a million per year.” Well, wouldn’t we all. The fact is, you don’t know. Maybe that the job that pays $100,000 leads to the job that pays $5000,000 or more or more or more. You can’t tell. If the job matches your interest, your desires, your skills, investigate it. To disqualify simply because it isn’t at the level you hope to reach someday in the future. Don’t do that. You’re only hurting yourself. You’re only denying yourself a chance at this success in hopes of obtaining this success.
