When do you start your job search? When do you stop it? How long should it last. Blah, blah, blah. For me, a job search is constant. You should always be looking to improve your career in some way. So, that — looking for a career — is not a transition that happens every so often, like a heartbeat. It is jut something that becomes and integral part of your life. Sometime you integrate into everything you do. Whether it is talking to people on the street or at the coffee shop or coming to a meeting like this or CareerCamp or anything you do. There is some aspect of all your life in all of those events. They shouldn’t be seen as anything different, or strange, or new, or — in some cases — frightening.
