We are currently searching for a Freelance Recruiter (short-term project only). We are seeking a proactive, energetic and self-motivated person who has the ability to work autonomously. The freelance recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers for open positions within Digital Media department. Other responsibilities include applicant tracking, reference checks, partnering with in-house HR team for offer closing process. Use knowledge of employment law, including EEO, federal and state regulations and requirements. Experience recruiting for a digital media agency. Excellent communication skills, detail oriented and ability to multi-task. Ability to build successful relationships with hiring managers and candidates. Proficient knowledge of MS Office, specifically Excel and Outlook. Experience with Taleo or similar ATS is preferred.
