No. 9 Soft Ginger Cookies | Welch’s 24th Annual Christmas Cookie Party

These quickly became one of my favorites when I discovered them last year sometime. They were a great hit at the party, as well. They are very full of ginger flavor, without being too spicy or too hot. Almost a perfect combination of ginger and sweetness and the lovely soft center makes it nearly perfect.
