A collection of interesting items I found in my daily reading.
- So simple, Thoreau would have liked it: Spaghetti with Pecorino Romano and Pepper – March 29, 2011 – We make a pasta something like this, but this is much more basic. The trick of using the pasta water in recipes is a great method to remember whenever a sauce gets a bit too tight. I am big pepper fan, so this would probably work well for me.
