One of my wife’s favorite books and television series is Anne of Green Gables by Lucy Maude Montgomery. Years ago, while searching for information on the series, we came across an Anne of Green Gables activity book, to be used for Green Gables parties and such. These lemon biscuits were included there and they quickly became a part of our annual party.
