These are one variety I make for myself each year. I love the combination of sugar cookie and traditional, milk chocolate, M&Ms. Sure, the company created M&M Minis specifically to be used in cookies, but they are dark chocolate, not milk chocolate and just don’t seem right.
Back in my childhood these would have been made with multicolored M&Ms, which is all that were available, but now you can get Christmas colors, among many others.
