As we have for many years in the past, tonight we made up a batch of fresh pasta to be assembled into our traditional Christmas Lasagna. With a wife of Sicilian descent, it only makes sense that we go all out for Christmas. I turned the leftover pasta into a couple of servings of linguine for future lunches and dinners.
