We visited my sister in Palm Springs this weekend, and she took us to this amazing place out at Trilogy. 
Since it is the summer, the place was empty and we got personalized attention as well as this wonderful food. All of us kept commenting on the food well into the evening.

Palms and Sky, Palm Desert, California

A photograph and watercolor of the blustery sky and blowing palms during the last Thanksgiving Holiday.

I have so many photos like this one as I am often taken by the scene when I visit the desert — the stark blue sky, the white clouds of all shapes and sizes and the dark green of the palms highlighted against both.
