I noticed yesterday that attempts to access DouglasEWelch.com pages via Chrome for Mac was resulting in erroneous Phishing errors that declared the site was dangerous. I have confirmed that there is no malware on that site, in fact it is simply a mirror of WelchWrite.com.
It looks like Google is seeing the re-direct from one domain to the other as an attempt at re-directing people to a bad site in order to phish their information.
Until this is resolved, you can substitute http://welchwrite.com/ for any page using http://douglasewelch.com/ and it will load normally.
I have reported this issue both to my web hosting site and Google itself.
