LA Friday Coffee Begins
Here is a new idea I stole from the tech community in Phoenix. Each Friday they get together for Phoenix Friday Coffee, an ad hoc, casual, no-agenda meetup of like-minded folk. It is just an opportunity to get together and talk over whatever is on everyone's mind at the end of the week.
Typically, the location of the meetup is discussed and decided using Twitter (http://twitter.com) If you are not yet on Twitter, you can see what is being discussed using this link on #lafc, the Twitter "hashtag" that is used to mark each message about LA Friday coffee.
