A few years ago, my mother decided she wanted all of the kids and grandkids back home for a traditional Ohio Christmas. If only we had known the weather was going to dump about 12 feet of snow in the 2 weeks we were there, we might have thought differently about going.

As it was, though, my son got a very traditional Ohio Christmas which included snowball fights, sled riding and cutting our own tree and dragging it home through fields knee-deep snow.
