It's always important to remember that when you are taking a picture, the subject is looking right back at you.


We were down at the LA Holiday Festival at the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion today. This has become our typical Christmas Eve event, along with dinner at Philippe's. Now we are back home, watching the end of the show (we even showed up on TV for a short moment at the beginning of the show) and getting ready to make homemade pasta for the traditional Welch Family Lasagna.
