Post-It Lamp

Proving again that you can do anything with leftover office supplies, there folks add Post-It notes to a cheap Ikea lamp and come up with something neat. Projects make me realize that I don't spend enough time just "playing" with things. I am too busy "doing" to come across these innovative ways of seeing commonplace things as something new. I've got to set aside some time for such things.

MAKE Flickr photo pool member neonarcade says "i dressed up my old ikea lamp with some leftover post-it notes. just make sure you use a cool bulb, like a flourescent". He and the Elvis Post-It makers should do a project together. Link.
