A landscape scene features a dense forest behind a sunlit meadow filled with golden grasses and small patches of water. In the midground, large, dark-colored moose is partially obscured by the tall, yellowish vegetation near a pool of water. Several thin, dark, vertical poles are scattered throughout the grassy area. The background consists of a thick, continuous line of dark green evergreen trees that fills the upper portion of the image.
