Here is the 2014 batch bottled and ready for a little imbibing. It will continue to get better as it sits in the bottle, so no need to drink it all up quickly. (SMILE) Place a bottle, and glass, if possible, in the freezer and serve it ice cold after a good meal. Limoncello is meant to be sipped slowly, with friends, as the closer to any great evening.

The recipe I used comes from Gabriele Corcos and Debi Mazar and is also found in their new cookbook, Extra Virgin.
