A close-up photograph features clusters of light purple flowers on dark stems. The small, bell-shaped blossoms are arranged in dense bunches. The stems and some leaves are a very dark, deep purple or nearly black color. The background is out of focus, showing various green plants and foliage. Bright light illuminates the petals, creating highlights on the flowers.
