This is a black and white photograph of a formal garden viewed from a distance, likely through an archway or dense foliage, creating a dark frame around the scene. A long, straight, light-colored gravel path leads directly towards a tiered fountain in the center of the image. The fountain appears to be made of stone and is surrounded by neatly trimmed hedges and some smaller bushes.
