Martha's Vineyard Signing Re-Cap

Our Martha's Vineyard book signing was great - with a very enthusiastic crowd. We were delighted that contributors Laura Porter and Yuliana Min Kim-Grant could join us - it really made for a great evening.

This weekend - 7/31 and 8/1 - we have book signings for Three Ring Circus: How Real Couples Balance Marriage, Work and Family in Phoenix, Arizona. If you are in the area please come by or if you know of someone who lives near and might be interested, please forward them this email. Author Bio

Joni Boye Beaman and Rick Beaman relocated to Saginaw, Michigan after their son, John, died. Joni is an Assistant Professor of Sociology at Saginaw Valley State University where she serves as department chairperson. She has co-authored articles for the Journal of Marriage and the Family and the Family Dynamics of Addiction Quarterly. Rick is a Chemical Process Engineer for Michigan Sugar. In the course of working on this article, their daughter Sarah gave birth to Amelia, their first grandchild.
