Now, once you’ve made some basic decisions about what you want out of your career how do you make it happen? Well, remember that thing I said at the very beginning — my watch phrase — that I am sure people are so tired of hearing from me — because I say it about 30 times in any given talk. You’ve got be telling people “What You Do and How Well You Do It!” Don’t even know if that acronym makes sense. Looks like Welsh!
