A black and white photograph taken from a low angle looking up into a dense forest of tall trees. Several massive, textured tree trunks extend vertically toward a canopy of branches and foliage. The upper part of the image shows bright patches of sky visible through the gaps in the leaves. At the base of the large trees, there are smaller shrubs and a ground surface covered in scattered debris. High contrast defines the dark bark against the lighter patches of sky.
