Sydney Opera House from the Manly Ferry, Sydney 4, NSW, Australia[Photography]

A straight-on, eye-level photograph showcases the front-facing, triangular glass facade of the Sydney Opera House. The building's massive, sand-colored concrete base rises from a low concrete sea wall that meets the dark blue water of the harbor in the foreground. To the left, several of the iconic white, sail-shaped shells of the roof curve upward toward a clear, bright blue sky. In the far right background, the modern skyscrapers of the Sydney city skyline are visible under the expansive sky.

You can only get certain photo angles of the Sydney Opera House from the variety of ferries that are constantly entering and exiting Circular Quay. This is the beginning of a series showing those views.
