I came across these unique and tasty products last Friday evening at the Valentine’s Day Makers Market | North Hollywood Handmade Makers Market at Lawless Brewing Co in North Hollywood. This visit was part of our attempt to get out of the house a bit more and it was a mellow, fun, time.
Seven AM’s Coffee Syrup can be used in a number of ways, including making hot or chilled “Milk Coffee.” Sort of their take on the familiar Milk Tea you find everywhere these days. You could also use it to top ice cream, a non-alcohol mixer for mocktails, or a way to spice up any drink. I have never seen Coffee Jelly before, but a quick taste convinced me to buy it for use on my morning toast and other dishes I am still considering.
It is great to see a local business with unique products that you’re not going to see everywhere else. Best of luck to them and their business!

I had a dark and lovely Baltic Porter from Lawless and dinner was these tasty, deep-fried, savory “Pastels” from the 30 South Brazilian Fast Food Truck.
