Did Ted Lasso writer torpedo any future seasons?

Did Ted Lasso writer torpedo any future seasons?

It is not often I have ANYTHING to say about TV. I am very much a like it or leave it type of person, but…

The #tedlasso finale makes me feel they torpedoed the entire series.

It goes against everything I watched the show for and left me feeling horrible and disappointed in the writers.

I am not sure I will ever return as a viewer. Damn!
