The light-colored, tiered lantern features a rounded top, a middle section with small rectangular openings, and a cylindrical base. Beside the lantern, a dark body of water reflects the surrounding trees. Various types of greenery, including long grasses and leafy plants, surround the stone structure and line the edge of the pond. Large tree branches and palm fronds extend across the upper portion of the frame.
